Assistant Director, Worship Production (full-time)
Reservoir Campus, with Global Responsibilities

You are organized, detail-oriented and love to coordinate worship experiences, concerts, and other production events. You are a gifted audio engineer, but really shine when teaching others to “fly the plane.” If that’s not enough, you also can maintain audio, video, and lighting gear. In short, you have both a right brain and a left brain. If this describes you, then we want to talk to you!

The position of Assistant Director of Worship Production is responsible for coordinating, planning, and producing worship services, productions, and other events across all of Pinelake Church’s campuses. In addition, training volunteers in audio and systems in an integral part of the role.

Specific responsibilities include assisting with planning, organizing, and executing details needed to effectively produce worship services as well as communicating weekly programming details to the appropriate people; serving as a weekend service producer at one of Pinelake’s four campuses; assisting in developing set designs; training, coaching and facilitating front-of-house (FOH) audio and systems operation; assisting with the maintenance of audio, video and lighting equipment; and assisting in recruiting, enlisting, and training servant leaders. There also will be occasional opportunities to serve as FOH audio engineer at any of Pinelake’s four campuses.

You should have at least a bachelor’s degree and three years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent amount of education and experience. Expertise in FOH audio and systems is essential, and a strong musical ear is a definite plus.

 


Administrative Assistant/Project Manager, Worship Production (full-time)
Reservoir Campus

The position of Administrative Assistant/Project Manager, Worship Production, is responsible for the administration, management and coordination of designated audio, video and other technical projects within Pinelake’s Worship Production Ministry.

Specific responsibilities of the role include serving as general assistant to the Lead Pastor of Worship; reviewing project proposals and/or plans to determine deadline, funding and/or staffing limitations; outlining the Worship Production Team workflow to ensure that project goals and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters; helping determine procedures for accomplishing projects; establishing work plans for each phase of projects; arranging for the recruitment or assignment of project personnel; and preparing and reviewing project status reports. 

You should have at least a bachelor’s degree and five years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent amount of education and experience. A background in or general understanding of audio, lighting, and/or video production is a plus.

 


Administrative Assistant, Children’s Ministry (full-time)
Reservoir Campus

We have an immediate vacancy at our Reservoir campus for an experienced and highly organized administrative assistant to provide support to the Children’s Ministry within the overall structure of the Family Ministry and in conjunction with Pinelake’s overall goals and objectives.

As member of a larger team, you would cooperate with other staff members when needed to support teamwork and contribute to the successful completion of their objectives and strategies under the leadership of the Senior Pastor, Senior Executive Pastor, Family Pastor and Children’s Pastor.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and distribute curriculum and needed supplies to Children’s Ministry servant leaders.
  • Maintain the Children’s Ministry database and attendance records.
  • Prepare mailouts and other correspondence for communicating with leaders and families.
  • Order materials, curriculum and resources.
  • Maintain supply rooms.
  • Prepare purchase orders, submit check requests, and track monthly expenses.
  • Submit and manage calendar requests for events as needed.
  • Coordinate and/or assist with trip coordinators to arrange travel, accommodations, supplies, and other needs for trips, conferences and guest speakers.
  • Arrange appointments, prepare correspondence, maintain files, answer phone and perform other general office duties.
  • Assist in the preparation of special events, summer activities, and Kids’ Week.
  • Assist and/or coordinate interns, associates and servant leaders as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 


One-Year Ministry Internships (full-time)
Reservoir Campus

Applications are now being accepted for Pinelake’s Ascend Internship program, an 11-month leadership training program for the next generation of spiritual leaders. Ascend centers on personal mentoring, skill development, and practical experience.

Applicants must be mature, growing disciples of Christ; have a clear call to vocational ministry; be at least 21 years of age; hold a bachelor’s degree (or the equivalent); and agree with Pinelake’s Essential Statement of Beliefs and Core Values.

Substitute Teachers for Mothers Morning Out (part-time)

Associate Pastor, Adult Groups (full-time)
Madison/Ridgeland Campus

Are you passionate about attracting adults into small group community? Do you love to recruit small group leaders and coaches? Do you yearn for all church members to actively participate in the ministry of the church?

The position of Associate Pastor, Adult Groups for Pinelake Church’s Madison/Ridgeland Campus is responsible for building an Acts 2 community by launching small groups and leading Guest/Member Services, with the goal of adults becoming both personally discipled and active, reproducing disciplers.

God’s man for this role will be an integral member of Pinelake’s Madison/Ridgeland Campus Team with the specific responsibilities of developing and implementing strategies for attracting and connecting people to small groups; recruiting, developing, and expanding a volunteer structure for relational support and accountability; and coaching small group leaders through ongoing training.

Responsibilities as leader of Guest/Member Services include helping members find places of service on church ministry teams; encouraging small group and individual involvement on local, national, and global service opportunities; recruiting and training leaders to fulfill the goals of Guest/Member Services on Sundays, Wednesdays and other times as need; and working with Pinelake’s Global Guest/Member Services Team Leader to ensure that Pinelake’s DNA and systems are instilled in the team.  

The ideal candidate will have at least a bachelor’s degree and five years of experience in an adult group ministry setting, or an equivalent amount of education and experience.

 


Administrative Assistant, Adult Groups and Worship Ministry (full-time)
Madison/Ridgeland Campus

We are accepting applications for an experienced and highly organized administrative assistant to provide support to the Adult Groups and Worshipministries at our Madison/Ridgeland campus. As a member of a larger team, this person will contribute to the successful completion of the overall objectives and strategies of the church.

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) organizing, prioritizing, and executing standard office duties such as scheduling appointments, coordinating mailings, preparing correspondence, reconciling expense reports, and compiling attendance reports; preparing equipping rooms prior to meetings; ordering curriculum and resources; utilizing myPinelake to maintain accurate groups and servant leader records; and communicating with church attendees who desire Adult Groups involvement. All duties and responsibilities are expected to be performed with excellence and in a manner that glorifies Christ and furthers the mission and ministry purposes of Pinelake. 

The successful candidate will have at least a high school diploma and two to five years of administrative experience, or an equivalent amount of education and experience. A high level of proficiency in computer use and internet applications is a necessity, and experience in a worship ministry administrative role, especially in the use of Planning Center, is a plus. 

 


Administrative Assistant, Family Ministry (full-time) 
Madison/Ridgeland Campus

We are accepting applications for an experienced and highly organized administrative assistant to provide support to the Family Ministry Team at our Madison/Ridgeland campus. Primary functions include assisting the Family Ministry Team in planning, organizing, scheduling, processing and administering activities of the Family Ministry, including the preschool, children’s and student ministries.

As a member of the Family Ministry Team, this person will contribute to the successful completion of the overall objectives and strategies of the church. All duties and responsibilities are expected to be performed with excellence and in a manner that glorifies Christ and furthers the mission and ministrypurposes of Pinelake.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, distributing curriculum and supplies to Family Ministry servant leaders, maintaining Family Ministry databases and attendance records; preparing mailings and other correspondence; ordering materials, curriculum, and resources; managing calendar requests for events; assisting with preparation of special events, summer activities, and Kids’ Week; and assisting and/or coordinating interns, associates and servant leaders when needed.

The position of Pastor, Adult Groups for Pinelake Church’s Clinton Campus is responsible for building an Acts 2 community by launching small groups—primarily in the Clinton area—with the goal of adults and college students becoming both personally discipled and active, reproducing disciples.

If you are God’s man for this role, you will be an integral member of Pinelake’s Clinton Campus Team with the specific responsibilities of developing and implementing strategies for attracting and connecting people to small groups; actively recruiting, developing, and growing a volunteer structure that will allow for relational support and accountability; providing encouragement and direction for small group leaders; helping members find places of service on church ministry teams; preparing annual goals and objectives to fulfill Pinelake’s vision and initiatives; and preparing and managing the Adult Group Ministry budget.

A large portion of the role is to recruit (and work through) coaches and leaders who are passionate about developing believers who “Learn from Christ, Live for Christ and Lead others to Christ.” In addition, you will serve as the pastor for our Adult Group leaders; maintain accurate data on group participation and activities; collect, share, and celebrate small group stories of life-change; and have an intentional plan to grow in small group expertise.

Personal spiritual growth is central to Pinelake’s ministry philosophy, so it is expected that you have a vibrant and growing walk with the Lord through committed Bible study, prayer and meditation; maintaining proper priorities in your home and, if married, being a spiritual leader to your spouse and children; attending seminars, workshops and other forms of continuing education as a means of self-development and growth; attending Wednesday evening Renewal services and at least one Sunday worship service each week; developing personal evangelism opportunities within and outside the church; and practicing wise and faithful stewardship.

Director of Facilities, Global (full-time)
Global Operations

Pinelake Church has an immediate vacancy for an experienced, self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented Director of Facilities for Pinelake’s four campus facilities.

Specific responsibilities include developing and evaluating systems for all aspects of maintenance and housekeeping; establishing and monitoring metrics to ensure all essential duties are delivered at the highest level possible; developing plans to reduce energy consumption; managing multiple facilities projects; managing departmental budgets; and working closely with the Executive Pastor of Operations during seasons of new campus development to manage the construction budget and setup of new facilities. 

The ideal candidate will have at least a bachelor’s degree plus 7 to 10 years of demonstrated work experience in facilities management at the Director level.​ Strong organizational, financial, project management, interpersonal, and management skills are required, and certification in facilities management (CFM) is desirable.

In addition, we are looking for a team player who is able to work flexible hours (including nights and weekends as needed) in a fast-paced environment, is self-motivated and enthusiastic, is able to think and work independently, has sound judgment skills, is able to delegate effectively, and is proficient in the use of computers and Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook).​
