Ascend is an 11-month (August-June) ministry training program for the next generation of leaders. Our approach to development centers on personal mentoring, skill development and practical experience.

Prepare for your call to ministry by expanding your knowledge of a specific ministry area, growing intellectually and gaining hands on experience as you walk alongside a seasoned ministry coach.

Ascend goes past the books and into real life. Come experience the full life of ministry while building relationships and making connections with people in ministry around the world. Whether you have been gifted to lead others in worship or to guide children in their spiritual journey, there will be unique experiences allowing you to see through your own eyes what being a leader is all about.

As you engage in Ascend you will become a leader who is prepared to lead yourself, lead others and lead ministries to move in step with the movement of Christ.
