The disciples immediately followed Jesus. They dropped everything and followed him. They left nets, sometimes full of fish, behind to follow after and pursue the person of Jesus Christ. Many days, I choose to stay with my nets even though I responded to Jesus’ call to follow Him over 12 years ago. What am I doing??!!! My nets are empty apart from Him anyway.
Today, May I be reminded that you already called me out to follow you. May my nets stink so bad of old dead fish today that it will remind me to drop them and follow you once again today!
