In God's Mission

One of the ways we worship God is through making disciples of all nations in His name. Disciples that learn from Christ, live for Christ and lead others to Christ are compelled to join Jesus in His mission of sacrificial, active and Spirit-led worship. We desire for our lives to worship and glorify God, so we strive to live out God’s mission with our neighbors and the nations. Global

There are places around the world where Jesus is not known and lives are spiritually hopeless, leaving a wake of social injustice and community breakdown. We believe long-term and wide-ranging efforts to reach and engage specific unchurched peoples will help us reach our goal of seeing disciples made and local churches flourishing and multiplying. The greatest hope of the world is the Gospel, and the greatest carriers of this hope are local churches full of equipped Christ-followers. Opportunities exist in regions like Central and South Asia, the Middle East and in strategic cities like Vancouver and Paris.

National

Our national strategy is built around local and national church planting networks. Our heart is to develop, encourage, coach and send multiplying church planters throughout the United States. Training and support happens primarily through Pinelake’s Church Planting Residency and a strong partnership with the Launch Network. Whether you are thinking short- or long- term, you can play a vital part in church planting through connections with former Pinelake Church Planting Residents and others connected to the Launch Network in places like Colorado, Florida and New Orleans.

Local & City

Through growing relationships with local ministries throughout Mississippi we are learning how to serve our community well. Our heart is to see real life-transformation in Pinelake members and the unchurched of our cities and local communities. Pinelake organizes service days throughout the year that are a great introduction to local missions. Our longer-term goal is to see Pinelake individuals and groups empowered to regularly serve and engage in their own places of influence.
