Small Groups

Throughout Scripture, when the church functioned at its best, it complimented its large worship gatherings with groups where members found friendship and encouragement as they followed Christ and sought to expand His purposes. We see a picture of this in Acts 4 as groups gathered daily in homes for fellowship and meals, Bible study and prayer, and the generous sharing of resources.  It’s  an example of the large church becoming small.

At Pinelake, we too have chosen groups as our primary structure for discipleship and care. We believe groups provide the ideal environment for real life change to occur as we stimulate one another to learn from Christ, live for Christ, and lead others to Christ.
