Goin Deeper

Many of us who have received Christ may or may not have followed with baptism. But we probably have witnessed a baptism or two. In most cases, this Bible verse is spoken over the person being baptized: “buried with Christ in baptism; raised to walk in newness of life”. From a process standpoint, those are the easy steps. It’s that “walk in newness of life” thing that can get complicated!

This study is designed to unravel what the Bible has to say about that to each of us personally. Maybe there’s something churning in you to go deeper in your journey. Maybe you’re facing one of those huge life challenges that come our way. Or maybe you’re finding that your understanding of the Christian life is just not bringing the power and joy that you thought it would.

Our meetings will be hosted at Pinelake Church Madison, 223 Old Jackson Road, Room W114 (there will be guides there to find the room if you’re not familiar with the building).

We’ll have an interest meeting on Sunday, September 15th from 5pm-6:30pm. The weekly study will begin September 29th at the same time and place. This study is for men only.
