DAVID MARVIN

Author of We’re All Freaking Out (and Why We Don’t Need To)

David previously led The Porch, a Tuesday night ministry for thousands of young adults that meets across 14 locations in nine states. He received his master’s degree in biblical studies from Dallas Theological Seminary and was on staff at Watermark Community Church for 13 years helping lead, teach, and build into the next generation of young adults. In addition to his role as a pastor, his first priority is serving as husband to his wife, Calli, who is a licensed counselor. They reside with their three children, Crew, Monroe, and Bear in Dallas, Texas.

Lead Pastor of Pinelake Church

Chip Henderson has been the senior pastor and primary teacher at Pinelake Church for over two decades. He is renowned for his dedication to teaching the Bible and its practical application, with a passion for seeing people’s lives transformed by Christ. Under his leadership, Pinelake has grown from 700 to over 9000 attendees each week, expanding to five campuses with ministries that impact Mississippi and beyond. He and his wife, Christy, have three children: Rachel, McKenzie and Regan.
