What does the cost cover?

That cost covers lodging, all meals, transportation, camp t-shirt and all activities! There is a restaurant on the property that students will be allowed to go to. They will need to bring extra money for it! We will also have camp merch for sale that is optional for students to buy while at camp.

What will the sleeping arrangements be?

Students will stay in cabins with students their grades and gender. Cabins will be air-conditioned and have single beds and private showers.

Will my student be in a cabin with their friends?

At registration, you can request roommates for your students, and we will do our best to meet all requests.

What will the activities be?

Students will participate in high + low ropes courses, kayaking, waterfront inflatables, swimming, pickleball, small groups, worship and teaching sessions, and so much more!

Will middle school and high school do activities together?

Middle school and high school students will worship together, but all other activities and small groups will be separated!

Who’s speaking and leading worship?

We are so excited to have our very own Pinelake Worship team leading our students all week. We are also looking forward to having Shane Sanchez as our guest teacher all week. Shane is not new to teaching students and is excited to point our students toward Jesus this week!

Can my student leave early / come late?

Yes, we can make this happen. You can bring your student late or get them early as long as it is at a pre-determined stop on our itinerary (at camp, lunch stop, or dinner stop). We cannot make special stops.

Are cell phones allowed at United Camp?

High school students can bring cell phones and keep them with them through camp as long as they don’t become a distraction or problem. Middle school students are not allowed to bring cell phones. We will make sure all parents, but especially middle school parents, receive updates throughout the week and have staff contact info if you need to reach your student.

What if we can’t afford the full amount of camp?

We want to do whatever we can to allow every student to come to camp. Pinelake has scholarships available if needed. You can contact a staff member to get the scholarship application.
