Prayer at Pinelake
A House of Prayer
We believe that when people pray, things happen. At Pinelake we long to be a people of prayer who are consistently practicing it and growing in it. Take advantage of these opportunities to be prayed for and serve through prayer.
At Pinelake, we believe prayer is a sacred dialogue where words and silence create a transformative communion with God. Join us on this 28-day prayer journey to discover the beauty and power of living in His presence every day.

Fasting is willing abstinence from food for a period of time. It is an ancient discipline to break the power of the flesh – our desires, sins, and cravings – and to feed on the Holy Spirit.
We invite you to pick a day and omit a meal or two and replace your time of eating food with reading and praying through the scriptures. One excellent resource to guide you through this time is our One Hour Prayer guide. Download it below.

We live in a busy and rushed culture, but it’s our heart to slow down that pace as a church. This song is a heart posture that you can take as a moment to breathe, pray, lean into God’s presence, and ultimately recalibrate your heart to a slower speed of spirituality. When you listen to this song, we hope you’ll take a deep breath and pray these words to the God who loves you, sees you, and hears you. And when it’s over, maybe you’ll feel more at peace.
Slow Me Down is available now for streaming on YouTube, Apple Music, Spotify and Pandora.

This is a guide for praying for one hour. Each of the segments is approximately 7 minutes. During each segment, you can read the scriptures suggested or look up those that come to your mind, pray, and listen for what God speaks to you through His Spirit.

Below you’ll find a 30-minute guided prayer experience to use during your 24/7 time slot and at any moment of prayer where you need the truth of scripture read over you. We’ve made a mobile version available for you below. For the whole experience, expand the video to fullscreen by clicking the fullscreen button in the bottom right corner of the video.
