This Week’s Unique Format
Each campus heard a different sermon on Sunday, so this week’s guide isn’t tied to one specific message. Instead, it’s a flexible tool to help your group reflect on what God is saying and stay rooted in the rhythms of learning from Christ, living in Christ, and leading others to Christ.
You can walk through the questions below or take a different approach—talk about what God’s been teaching you, check in on Bible reading or prayer habits, share a meal, or simply build relationships. However you use this time, the goal is to grow together in Christ.
INTRO
If you had to give a 5-minute TED talk on any topic without prepping, what would it be and why?
GROUP DISCUSSION TIME
Since each campus heard a different message on Sunday, this week’s discussion guide isn’t tied to a specific sermon. Instead, we will use a set of questions that help us reflect on whatever God has shown us personally. The goal is to process the message together, think about how it applies to our lives, and encourage each other to take a next step.
Learn from Christ
- What truth or takeaway stood out to you most in the message?
- Why do you think the Holy Spirit wanted you to notice that specifically?
- Take a few minutes to revisit the key passage from the sermon. What does it reveal about who God is and how He works?
Live in Christ
- What did this message reveal about God’s character or His plan?
- Did it challenge any beliefs, habits, or assumptions you’ve held?
- Where is God calling you to grow or change?
- How is your current mindset helping or hindering that transformation?
- What’s one area of your life where you need God’s wisdom right now?
Lead Others to Christ
- Who in your life might need to hear or see what God is doing in you?
- What’s one way you can reflect Jesus to them this week through your actions or words?
- How can you be more intentional about sharing your faith, story, or time with someone else?
NEXT STEP
Let’s take a minute to move from conversation to action. You’ve thought about who in your life might need to see or hear what God is doing in you—now take a moment to get specific. What’s one step you can take this week to point that person to Jesus?
Write it down. It could be a conversation, an act of service, a follow-up text, or simply showing up with intentionality. Whatever it is, commit to it—and ask someone in the group to check in with you.
PRAYER
Let’s take a few minutes to pray together. We’ll keep it simple—just short prayers spoken out loud as you feel led. You can thank God for something, ask Him for help, or respond to what He’s been showing you.
There’s no need to go in order or say anything long. If you’d rather pray silently, that’s totally fine too. Once it seems like everyone who wants to has prayed, I’ll close us.
(Pause for prayer. After a few moments of silence, close the prayer time with something like this: Father, thank You for being near and for speaking to us. Help us carry what You’ve shown us into the rest of this week. In Jesus’ name, amen.)
