Baby Dedication

We are so excited for this Baby Dedication Service and the commitment you are making to the Lord and your family to raise your children in a godly home. Filling out this form will register you to participate in the Sunday, November 6, 2022, Baby Dedication Service. The service will be at 2:00 pm. You will also be registered for the Parent Class, scheduled for Wednesday, November 2, from 6:00 pm-7:00 pm. Baby Dedication Class is a mandatory class to attend before dedicating your child. Please send Kelsey Dismukes a picture of your sweet baby as well as a verse that you would like to be read over your child as we pray for them. You can email kelsey.dismukes@Pinelake.org.
