We are so excited for this Baby Dedication Service and for the commitment you are making to the Lord and to your family to raise your children in a Godly home. Filling out this form will register you to participate in the Wednesday, September 28, 2022, Baby Dedication Service.

You will also be registered for the Parent Class, which is scheduled for Wednesday, September 7th, from 6 -7 p.m. on campus. This is a mandatory class to attend before dedicating your child.
